Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by emailing us with your order number. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may use the return rules below.

Returns and replacements

If your product arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement or refund after checking.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective or wrong.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For cash on delivery orders we will refund by bank transfer or UPI after collecting your details. Your bank may take extra time to show the amount.
